On November 14, the celebration of the Annual Student Initiation dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the American University of Central Asia was held at the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic named after T. Satylganov. This year, the ceremony was especially solemn in honor of the attendance by the highest officials of Kyrgyzstan offering personal congratulations to AUCA students, faculty, and staff.
Aziz Surakmatov, Mayor of Bishkek, attended the ceremony. The Head of the capital municipality gave a greeting speech and presented official certificate of appreciation to Nurgul Ukueva, Head of Economics Program “for conscientious, productive work and high professionalism.”
